Our Property Management includes the following services:

Shore House Services (SHS) will facilitate the listing of the property on VRBO (Vacation rental by owner) website for the initial listing fee of $450.00 (payable to VRBO). This provides a description of the property, pictures and booking rates and subscription is good for 1 calendar year for the $450.00.​ SHS will monitor the site and receive and respond to all inquiries, via email or personal phone calls. We will also manage the deposits, booking fees and disburse a check to owner at the end of each month for rental fee and taxes collected. Once a unit is booked, SHS will provide the following services to renter:

• Coordination of access instructions to the unit. (i.e. Key, lockbox codes)
• Inspection of the condo prior to renters arrival to inspect cleanliness, appliances working, light bulb replacements, remotes battery replacements, smoke detector battery replacements.
• Upon departure, the unit is inspected prior to cleaning for any damages and determination of security deposit refunds.

SHS will also provide any maintenance services required either in house or will arrange for any specialty vendors (electrical or appliance) and those services will be billed separately.

SHS will also accommodate any special requests from renters for accessories like cribs, high chairs, linens, etc. and bill appropriately to the renter.

Basically, we will be your onsite eyes and ears for your rental property and send you a check at the end of every month so you can just relax and deposit them!
